The Lat Pull Down Machine is a great machine for building the back muscles. This machine can be used for rows and pull downs for the upper back, or for performing lat pull downs for the lower back. The pin loaded bar allows easy adjustment of tension on your back muscles by simply moving the handle up or down. The pin loaded position allows you to perform heavier reps without worrying about whether or how much weight you want to use.
